Damage to teeth and gum unless as a result of an accident

Illness related to endoparasites or ectoparasites, hip dysplasia, rabies

Elective procedures and treatments (I.e Nail clipping, Tail docking, Debarking)

Is my pets qualified?
So long your pet fulfils the following conditions:​

Be microchipped
-
Be residing regularly in the same premise as you
-
Be at least 8 weeks old and not more than 9 years old at the enrolment date

Not be a working dog (I.e Guide dog, Guard dog)
-
Not be a dog or cat used for breeding purposes
Payment
Do you have Monthly package?
Yes, at this point in time we offer 6 - 12 month installment for DBS/POSB cards holder
What is the No Claim Discount? (NCD)
So long there is no claim made to your policy, you will receive a discount of 5% next year, up to 15% for 3 years consecutive no claim.
Can the NCD bring forward if i adjust my plan in future?
Definitely, the discount will carry forward to the new plan, however underwriting may still apply
Claims
Within 14 days, upon receiving the claim documents and receipt of the medical bill, the claim will be processed.
